JMP - IT Service Hub

A service overview and catalog of JMP provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.

Description

JMP is used in the statistics/mathematics fields and in any research, administration or field of study in which interpretation of statistics is necessary. The JMP Academic Suite includes both JMP (Windows and Mac), as well as SAS Simulation Studio for JMP (Windows only). JMP has made their software free for academic use.

Service Details

Eligibility	This service is available to Faculty, Students, Staff, and certain Affiliates. View your Software and Services Eligibility.
Contact	Technical Support: Support is provided directly from JMP, not Berkeley IT staff. Please email the JMP Vendor at support@jmp.com
Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
Cost	There are no direct costs associated with this service.
Data Classification	This service is rated for Protection Level P1, Availability Level A1, and Recovery Level R1 data. Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
