A service overview and catalog of Adobe provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.

Description

Adobe produces a comprehensive set of applications and services for design, photography, video editing and motion graphics, web development and social media. It includes apps as well as access to stock images. Adobe Creative Cloud is available to request, and includes the full suite of apps listed below. Otherwise, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Express are available for individual requests.

Included with Adobe Creative Cloud:

Acrobat Pro DC: PDF management (available as standalone request)
Adobe Express: All-in-one design, video, photo, and PDF (available as standalone request)
After Effects: Motion graphicsm
Audition: Audio recording and editing
Illustrator: Vector graphics and illustration
InDesign: Page layout and design
Lightroom: Photo organization and editingm
Photoshop: Photo editing and graphic design
Premiere Pro: Video editing
Adobe Stock: High-quality stock images

Getting Started

All eligible parties must request a license and renew on an annual basis to maintain access.

Use your @berkeley.edu address to activate one of the following services:
Install your Adobe service ( Faculty Staff Instructions | Student instructions)
Choose “Company or School Account” and sign in with your @berkeley.edu address

Service Details

Eligibility	This service is available to registered Students, Faculty, Staff and certain Affiliates. View your Software and Services Eligibility

Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
Cost	There are no direct costs associated with this service.
Data Classification	This service is rated for Protection Level P1, Availability Level A1, and Recovery Level R1 data. Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
