Description

Scheduled for retirement by January 2027, CalTime is UC Berkeley's online timekeeping system, powered by Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG)’s Workforce Central platform. Whether you are an employee, supervisor, or timekeeper, explore our site to learn more about timekeeping with CalTime. Everyone is responsible for accurate timekeeping:

Employees report work and leave time on their timecards
Supervisors review and approve their employees’ timecards
Timekeepers sign off on their units’ timecards

Eligibility	This service is available to Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees

Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
Cost	There are no direct costs associated with this service.
Data Classification	This service is rated for: Protection Level: P3 Availability Level: A3 Recovery Level: R3 Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
