A service overview and catalog of Achieve Together provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.

Description

Achieve Together is the performance development program for non-represented employees and managers driven by a series of regular Check-in conversations and results-driven goals, supported by these key program elements:

Employees and managers have Check-in conversations 3x per year to discuss current and future performance
Goals set for any length of time-based on your work priorities and unit needs
Clear expectations for what and how we accomplish our work focused on job mastery, goal accomplishment, inclusion and belonging, innovation, and collaboration
A simple online form to document Check-in conversations and review goals for both managers and employees to use
Aligning employee's goals and work priorities with unit goals and priorities
Ongoing in-person and online training and resources for individual contributors and managers

Service Details

Eligibility	This service is available to Staff

Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
Cost	There are no direct costs associated with this service.
Data Classification	This service is rated for: Protection Level: P3 Availability Level: A4 Recovery Level: R3 Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
