A service overview and catalog of Business Continuity Planning Assistance provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.
The IT Service Continuity team works with our customers and helps interface with the Office of Emergency Management. They are responsible for doing BIAs (Business Impact Analysis) and BCPs (Business Continuity Plan). The team will work with the technical teams to do TIAs (Technical Impact Analysis).
