A service overview and catalog of SIS APIs provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.
SIS APIs provide the ability to update some application and student data for select purposes, as well as access to information related to UC Berkeley admitted applicants, students, terms, courses, and classes. These are typically utilized for application to application integrations and require a technical engineer / developer to appropriately read and format the information.
To see the full list of existing Student APIs, navigate to the API Central Developer Portal. Simply select “Student Information” from the “All Categories” drop down menu and click Go.
Note: API Central facilitates the access credentials approval process and defers the final decision to the API Provider and/or Data Owner. API Central does not control the decision maker's process or how long it may take. Please make requests early and plan for at least one month lead time (preferably more) to avoid unplanned project delays.
