Description

UC Berkeley's Integration Services team provides consulting services for teams and services considering building or modifying integrations between systems.

Different domains control their own systems and data, and each offer specific capabilities–integration technologies can orchestrate these distributed capabilities into seamless, unified business processes and user experiences. Leveraging these technologies requires specialized knowledge and skill, as well as broad adoption of a cohesive integration architecture.

Integration Services staff are the campus experts for analyzing, defining, developing, and operating solutions that integrate systems for more secure, reliable, and streamlined services. We explore all considerations involved in integration architecture, design, implementation, and operation—and understand their campus-wide implications.

For projects with clear sponsorship involving core campus systems-of-record we also coordinate with project leadership to design and develop end-to-end integrations.

Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
