Description

The Information Security Office provides these password management solutions free to campus communities:

LastPass Premium is a secure password manager for individuals who want to store all of their usernames and passwords in one safe place.

LastPass Business is available to UC Berkeley departments who want secure password storage and sharing.

Students, employees, affiliates and alums can get started with LastPass Premium by checking out our LastPass Quick Start Guide.
Campus employees who are interested in using LastPass Business in their department can submit an online request form.

Service Details

Eligibility	This service is available to Faculty, Staff, Students, Researchers, Alumni, and Affiliates.
Contact	Technical Support: LastPass Support is provided by the vendor, LastPass via the Online Help Portal or by phone at 1-866-890-6809. For LastPass Business, see LastPass Help for Business. CalNet cannot help you if you forget your Master Password. To prevent losing all of your information, set up as many account recovery options as possible.
Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods. LastPass support hours vary, check their website for more information.
Cost	There are no direct costs associated with this service.
Data Classification	This service is rated for P4, A2, and R2 data. Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
