Google Calendar is a campus-supported scheduling and time management service that enables individuals at UC Berkeley to create, manage, and share calendars and events.
Integrated with Google Workspace, Google Calendar supports collaboration across teams and departments through shared calendars, automated reminders, and room and resource scheduling. Share calendars with individuals or groups and control viewing and editing permissions.
Reserve campus-managed meeting rooms and shared resources (where enabled).

Options: Web and mobile app; Optional add-ons and extensions managed through Google Workspace policies.
Integrates with: Google Workspace (Gmail, Contacts, Drive); Google Meet and Zoom (via Zoom for Google Workspace (add-on) or the Zoom Chrome Extension) to generate virtual meeting links.
