A service overview and catalog of Enterprise Email Service provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.
The Enterprise Email Service is available to academic departments and administrative units and includes an on-premise SMTP server (bCOP) offered to campus services/hosts to meet outbound email sending needs such as bulk sending or private IP network connection. It includes consultation and guidance to support email deliverability, DKIM key configuration and distribution, as well as enterprise-wide mailing list management and configuration. It also includes the management of departmental domains and email aliases that are hosted in Google and associated with an individual's primary account (e.g. account-alias@domain.berkeley.edu becomes an alias for account@berkeley.edu).

Eligibility | bCOP: Campus applications, systems, or devices that need to use bCOP must be able to use an authenticated connection*, and meet at least one of the following minimum requirements:
