BreakFix Support: For troubleshooting a device that isn't working properly, please submit a support ticket / contact the Service Desk at 510-664-9000.

Device Requests: To request modifications or configurations to your device, please submit a request.

Availability

This service is available 24/7, with support hours between 8am-5pm PST, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
