ITCS Procurement & Provisioning

Do you need to buy or replace a computer? To make ordering easier, IT Client Services maintains an inventory of standard equipment available for faculty and staff. We handle your order from start to finish, which means we can deliver your computer and have it up and running that much faster!

• Browse the ITCS Hardware Catalog to select equipment, find the order form, and submit a request ticket.

Our team even places the BearBuy order for you! Of course, you can still order directly through BearBuy, if you prefer.

Receiving Your Order

All desktops and laptops will be processed at 1608 4th street, then shipped to your preferred location unless an on site pickup is specified.

• Once all equipment has been received at 1608 4th street, equipment will be processed within 2-3 business days, then shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses and P.O. boxes.
• Orders will be shipped by FedEx, 2nd-day. The shipping cost will be charged to the department. For an estimated 2nd-day service shipping rate, please visit FedEx.com.

The option to pick up your order from IT Client Services at our 1608 4th Street location is by appointment only. We offer local pickups Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A notification will be emailed to you via a ServiceNow ticket to schedule a pickup date and time.

Order Turnaround

Computer equipment that requires ITCS to image or repair can also experience a longer turnaround time. The below time estimate includes our full service, from the consultation to the equipment distribution. Due to a combination of supply issues from the vendors, limited on-site hours, and limited staff on-site, our current turnaround time for ITCS computer equipment orders is as follows: 

• In-Stock Items: Approximately 2 Weeks
• Items that do not need configuration: Approximately 1 Weeks
• Custom orders (not in stock): Approximately 8 Weeks
