This service is available to UC Berkeley academic departments, research groups, administrative units, and affiliated institutions.

Availability

Available 24/7:  Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.

Uptime Guarantee: Best-effort availability with redundancy measures to minimize downtime.

Cost

Costs are determined by rack space, power consumption, and optional managed services. Please see our recharge rates for current pricing.

Dependencies

All services that are hosted on-prem (the majority of campus IT services) are dependent on the availability of the Earl Warren Hall Data Center.
